| The divorce may be final, but it doesn’t always mean that you are completely free of obligations or maintaining communication. You may have had a peaceful and amicable split, but sometimes new things can occur even after the divorce is final; especially if there are children involved. Anytime a new person, new property, or new circumstances comes after a divorce, things may be changed.  If the original statement and agreement has been modified, you will need a lawyer to stand up for you and make sure that you are getting what you had intended to receive. If a person fails to comply with the agreement that had been in place previously, this could change things as well. Our team will take a look at the initial Judgment, as well as the laws of the state to make sure nothing is being violated. Anything from the location of visitation exchanges to a new partner in the picture could change the original agreement. It is important for you to have a lawyer who not only understands these arrangements, but has knowledge and experience with fighting for people just like you!       |
